After 24 hours too much time has passed and, sorry to say, your tomato juice is not considered safe in my opinion and should be tossed. Of course your tomato juice may be perfectly fine, but remember that Botulism Toxin is pretty final in its decision. It kills. It is also odorless, colorless and tasteless so you have no visual warning. If the spore/toxin exists it will have reached a level of growth that reprocessing would not guarantee its destruction. That's the reason for the finality of the decision.

You can get a 2nd opinion on that direct from the final authority -- National Center for Home Food Preservation -- by emailing them your question. It may take a week or more to get a response (they are understaffed and very overworked), but right now the further time will not make a difference in respect to your canned juice. And, yes, they WILL respond and you may be fortunate and get a personal response from the head food scientist there, Elizabeth Andress, Ph.D.
