I am considering buying a coleman gas stove to use for pressure canning. We currently have an electric smooth top, and are having a hard time getting the
pressure canner hot enough. Any coments/ sugestions? how many btu's would I need? I found a coleman with 7500 btu's and one with 13,500 btu's.
