Canned some chili last night. Pint jars, sea level , 90 min at 10 lbs. All of the jars sealed up nice but, I noticed on a few that some chili residue (red sauce) was coming away from where the lid met the jar. I know I wiped the jars clean prior to putting lids on and placingg them into the canner. Should I throw these canned chilis away?
